Pangasinan East Eye Center is a complete and state-of- the-art ambulatory ophthalmic surgical center in Urdaneta City which provides services to patients from all over North Luzon and other adjacent regions of the Philippines. It is the first of its kind in the area and has served as a model for similar facilities to be established in nearby provinces.
